Change of Company Name to T.Clarke East Ltd - [General News]

From the 1st January 2011 Anglia Electrical Services Ltd will be renamed T.Clarke East Ltd

Our decision to make this important change to our identity follows the successful integration, during the past year, of the operations of Aylward EMS Ltd and Anglia Electrical Services Ltd into a single trading entity.

From 1 January 2011 both companies will come together as one business and it is a natural progression for us to adopt the T. Clarke name which will allow us to align more effectively with the Group's operations in the Building Services sector and to provide an identity which reflects the future ambitions of T. Clarke East to forge a name and presence throughout the East of England.

T. Clarke prides itself on providing a consistent high quality and cost effective service to its clients and this will remain the primary focus of T. Clarke East under the existing management and staff of the Kimbolton and King's Lynn offices both of which will continue to operate and serve their existing Client base.

We will be implementing changes to our Company livery, signage, stationary and website in the run up to the name change and further details that will be required by our Clients and Suppliers will be sent out in the near future.

We look forward to continuing our success in the future as T.Clarke East Ltd.
